Sausage cabbage bowl
1 lbground pork sausage or ground beef or chicken
4 ccoleslaw mix
3 cloveminced garlic
1 Tbspminced ginger
1 Tbspsoy sauce
3 or 4green onions chopped
1 Tbspsesame oil
How to Make Sausage cabbage bowl
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook, stirring to break up. Do not drain.
- Add the coleslaw mix, mushrooms, garlic, ginger and soy sauce to the skillet. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the slaw and mushrooms have cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the heat and top with the green onions and drizzle with sesame oil.
- Serve in a bowl. You can also serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
