Simple recipe -- but, it's oh-so-good! Also goes well with breakfast-for-supper meals. There's an updated version on (it wouldn't let me pinch it, though), by simply adding 2 tsp of their dried onion, and a tsp of their dried garlic. In other words, it might be work exploring alternate spicing! Oh, and they dropped off 1/2 the sausage.

beer bread mix
12 oz
1 lb
italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c
romano or parmesan, shredded
3 Tbsp

How to Make Sausage Bread


  • 1Preheat oven to 375*F.
  • 2Combine beer bread mix and beer, as directed on the package. Fold in sausage and cheese.
  • 3Place in greased loaf pan and top with butter. Bake 55 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 4Dip into your favorite spaghetti sauce.
