Ingredients

1 lb
ground pork
1
large onion
1
medium sized carrot
2
eggs
1 tsp
ground sage
4
large potatoes
1/2 c
milk
2 oz
butter
1
green bell pepper
1
red bell pepper
1 c
of your favorite cheese, shreeded
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb
bacon bits, uncooked

How to Make SAUSAGE AND VEG PIE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook your potatoes and mash them with the milk and butter.
  • 2Mix the pork, sage, onion (diced), carrot (diced), eggs, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
  • 3Line a flan dish with wax paper and press the mixed pork all over the dish, pressing it up the sides as well.
  • 4Place your mash on top, then your peppers and bacon on top of the mash. Sprinkle your cheese on top.
  • 5Place in the oven at 350°F for 30 mins, and then serve.
