Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 - large onion
- 1 - medium sized carrot
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 4 - large potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 ounces butter
- 1 - green bell pepper
- 1 - red bell pepper
- 1 cup of your favorite cheese, shreeded
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound bacon bits, uncooked
How To Make sausage and veg pie

Step 1Cook your potatoes and mash them with the milk and butter.

Step 2Mix the pork, sage, onion (diced), carrot (diced), eggs, salt and pepper together in a bowl.

Step 3Line a flan dish with wax paper and press the mixed pork all over the dish, pressing it up the sides as well.

Step 4Place your mash on top, then your peppers and bacon on top of the mash. Sprinkle your cheese on top.

Step 5Place in the oven at 350°F for 30 mins, and then serve.
