  • 1 lb
    smoked sausage (use low fat sausage for heart healthy eating)
  • 1 jar(s)
    sauerkraut (32 ounces)
  • 2 c
    sliced potatoes
  • 1
    thinly sliced onion

How to Make Sausage and Sauerkraut Supper


  1. Place sauerkraut in bottom of a large casserole dish. Top with onions and potatoes. Cut sausage into serving sized pieces. Place on top of casserole.

    Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and done.
