Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage (use low fat sausage for heart healthy eating)
- 1 jar sauerkraut (32 ounces)
- 2 cups sliced potatoes
- 1 - thinly sliced onion
How To Make sausage and sauerkraut supper

Step 1Place sauerkraut in bottom of a large casserole dish. Top with onions and potatoes. Cut sausage into serving sized pieces. Place on top of casserole. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and done.
