Ingredients
- 1 box uncle ben's long grain & wild rice, 6 oz
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 can mushroom pieces, 4 oz
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 10 1/2 oz
- 4 tablespoons butter
How To Make sausage and rice casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Cook rice according to the directions on the box.

Step 3In a heavy skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until thoroughly done; drain.

Step 4Combine all ingredients except butter and pour into casserole dish. Dot top with butter.

Step 5Bake until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
