Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 - italian sausages, hot
- 1 - onion, medium, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 - red bell peppers, sliced
- 1 - green bell pepper, diced
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- - salt
- - white pepper
How To Make sausage and peppers

Step 1Heat the oil in a casserole or large skillet and cook the sausage for 2 minutes on each side.

Step 2Pour off most of the fat, add the onions, garlic, peppers, tomato paste, wine, fennel seeds, salt and pepper.

Step 3Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
