How to Make Sausage and gravy
- Cook italian sausage and break up into small pieces with spatchula in pan as it cooks ..Sprinkle in all the flour and mix until it is dissolved into the meat (2-3 minutes) the meat will look lightly coated and no grease will be in pan pour milk in and stir on med heat keep stiring the longer it sits the thicker it will get. salt and pepper to taste..
- Put biscuits in oven lightly brown when done break in half and top with sausage gravy so good!!!
