sausage and gravy
For 46 years I never learned to make this till my daughter taught me a few weeks ago. It is so easy I cannot belive I never learned it before..

Ingredients
- 1 pound or tube of bob evans italian sausage
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 4 cups - milk or 1/2 and 1/2
- - salt and pepper to taste..
- 1 - grands butter biscuits
How To Make sausage and gravy

Step 1Cook italian sausage and break up into small pieces with spatchula in pan as it cooks ..Sprinkle in all the flour and mix until it is dissolved into the meat (2-3 minutes) the meat will look lightly coated and no grease will be in pan pour milk in and stir on med heat keep stiring the longer it sits the thicker it will get. salt and pepper to taste..

Step 2Put biscuits in oven lightly brown when done break in half and top with sausage gravy so good!!!
