Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 large onion diced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 - lasagna sheets cooked and cooled
- - italian parsley chopped for garnish
How To Make sausage & alfredo lasagna roll ups

Step 1In a large skillet brown the sausage with the onion and garlic until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. Remove half of the sausage to a plate and set aside.

Step 2Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the remaining sausage in the skillet. Cook until cream cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

Step 3Coat a large 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Place a small amount of sauce in bottom of pan. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Step 4Lay out one sheet of cooked lasagna noodle. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and spoon a small amount of sausage down the middle. Roll up jelly roll style and place in baking pan seam side down. Continue until all the lasagna noodles are used. Pour the remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle any remaining Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes. Top with parsley
