For all the sauerkaraut lovers out there. This is a very easy, must have recipe. My husband just loves it.

Ingredients

1 pound kielbasa
1 1/2 cups sauerkraut
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make sauerkraut casserole

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Slice kielbasa and put in a 9x9 cake pan. Layer the sauerkraut over the kielbasa. Then spread the mashed potatoes over sauerkraut. Sprinkle the cheese over top. Bake the casserole uncovered for 30 minutes.
