Ingredients
- 1 pound kielbasa
- 1 1/2 cups sauerkraut
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make sauerkraut casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Slice kielbasa and put in a 9x9 cake pan. Layer the sauerkraut over the kielbasa. Then spread the mashed potatoes over sauerkraut. Sprinkle the cheese over top. Bake the casserole uncovered for 30 minutes.
