How to Make SAUCY PORK CHOPS
- In skillet brown chops on both sides in a small amount of oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top chops with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover, simmer for 45-60 minutesor until are done. Remove chops to plate, spoon sauce over chops. Makes 4-6 servings.
