How To Make saucy garlic mushroom pork chops (crock pot)

  • Step 1
Gather all ingredients; chop onion, drain mushrooms and grind black pepper.
  • Step 2
Place plastic liner in crock pot, if using. Add onions and mushrooms to crock pot.
  • Step 3
Place pork chops on top of onions and mushrooms.
  • Step 4
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine both soups, wine, salt, pepper and bouillon cubes.
  • Step 5
Pour mixture over pork chops. Place lid on crock pot; cook on low setting for 6 hours, or high setting for 4 hours.
  • Step 6
Remove and discard bay leaves. Serve hot, covered with the sauce, with mashed potatoes, rice or noodles. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
  • Step 7
**NOTE: You may use bone-in chops (more flavor,) or boneless (recommended if serving to children.) Pork will be fall-off-the-bone tender, so remove from pot with a large spatula.
