2Pre-heat oil in Electric Skillet. Dip both sides of pork chops in egg mixture, then into breadcrumb mixture & add to pan. Repeat until done with all 6 chops. Fry until really brown & crispy. After they're browned add 1/2 cup of chicken bouillion around the chops and onions either on top or around them in the bouillion. (Your preference). Turn pan down & simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Check periodically if chops seem too dry add the other 1/4 - 1/2 cup of bouillion. Cut to check doneness after 1 1/2 hrs. They should fall apart with a fork. If not then cook for another 15-20 mins longer. Serve on platter & spoon the sauce/onions on top. Enjoy.
