saucy breaded pork chops
This recipe was passed down from my Mother & has been my absolute favorite since childhood. It's not the healthiest recipe, but it's worth the splurge once in awhile when you're craving something oh so yummy! I like to serve this with Mashed Potatoes & Green Bean Casserole for a complete home cooked meal.

How To Make saucy breaded pork chops
-
Step 1Pre-season pork chops with salt/pepper/garlic powder & rub into meat. In a large container mix together egg and milk. In another container add Panko bread crumbs/flour, and stir together until well blended.
-
Step 2Pre-heat oil in Electric Skillet. Dip both sides of pork chops in egg mixture, then into breadcrumb mixture & add to pan. Repeat until done with all 6 chops. Fry until really brown & crispy. After they're browned add 1 cup of chicken bouillion around the chops and onions either on top or around them in the bouillion. (Your preference). (Opt). Add Minced garlic on top. Turn pan down & simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Check periodically if chops seem too dry add the other 1/4 - 1/2 cup of bouillion. Cut to check doneness after 1 1/2 hrs. They should fall apart with a fork. If not then cook for another 15-20 mins longer. Serve on platter & spoon the sauce/onions on top. Enjoy.
