The orange marmalade really kicks it up a bit. I serve this with rice, but you can go with noodles.

3 lb boneless pork loin, trimmed
1/4 c
light soy sauce
1/4 c
orange marmalade
2 Tbsp
ketchup
1 tsp
minced garlic
2 Tbsp
flour

How to Make Sassy pork loin

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut pork into 1-1/4" pieces. In bowl, stir togther soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup & garlic. Brush sauce over both sides of pork pieces.
  • 2Place pork in bottom of slow-cooker. Pour any remaining sauce of pork. Cover, cook on high 1 hr. Reduce heat to low, cook 5 hrs. Remove pork pieces to a platter, keep warm.
  • 3Skim fat from sauce. Pour sauce into small saucepan. Place over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring until thickened. Serve sauce over pork.
