sandy's soup beans

How To Make sandy's soup beans
-
Step 1Soak beans overnight and then clean them of loose shells and rinse clear before putting into a pot with the ham bone. Cover with fresh water and sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir so cinnamon is combined not just on top of the water. Boil per package directions then turn down to a simmer for about 2 hours. Add potatoes after 60-90 minutes.
