sandy's pulled pork
Sandy made this for superbowl sunday 2018, and had wheat buns and coleslaw to make sandwiches. I, however, made my version of Dalla's mac & cheese, and put a spoonful on top. It was AMAZING!!! Sandy made it in the crockpot overnight, then shredded it and put it on the stove in a pot since she has not got lots of plugs for the crockpots...and we had 5 going at once!

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 1/2 pounds boneless pork shoulder (sandy uses boneless pork loin instead)

Step 1Trim pork and cut into 4 pieces. Add to combined other ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low 8 hours. Shred NOTE: Sandy cooks overnight, 8-10 hours, then shreds. She served with coleslaw...like a NC pulled pork.
