My ex-mother in-law, mother in law... WOW- showed me how to make this when I was about 22 it is as easy as it seems. Can be used for dinner or breakfast over eggs. It is a family and friend favorite.

Ingredients
- 1 4oz cans sm chopped green chiles
- 1 28oz cans crushed tomatos
- 2 pounds porks shoulder chops or whatever cut is on sale
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons abobo or season salt
- 2 cloves garlic or powder whatever is easier
How To Make sandoval rancho pork

Step 1open all cans in advance chop onions and garlic

Step 2slice pork into bite size strips (almost like your preping for stir fry) heat pan, w/olive oil and pre cook meat till is rending juices adding adobo and pepper. remove from pan. This should only take about 10mins

Step 3with pan still going add onions and stir in the can of chiles till these are hot add garlic and cumin and can of tomato. scrape bottom of pan of goodies if any stick. at this point add meat back into pan.

Step 4add about a 1/2 of the 24 oz can of water. and let all simmer low for about 40 mins. Or till meat tender.

Step 5we serve up with flour tortilla's cheese sour cream refried beans or spanish rice can be used as burrito filling or topping for eggs in the morning
