Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 pounds pork loin roast
  • 1 small lime
  • 1 can black beans, canned
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 jar salsa (your favorite)
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • - flour tortillas
  • - sour cream
  • - cheese,shredded mexican or cheddar
  • - shredded lettuce

How To Make salsa pork tortillas

  • Step 1
    Place pork into a baking dish Season with pepper(salt if you like I don't like extra salt) Squeeze lime over pork Pour black beans, corn and salsa over Pork Cover with tin foil at 350 for around 2 hrs
  • Step 2
    When done slice in small slices or pull apart (preference is yours) Build your tortillas with your favorite ingredients Eat and Enjoy Goes nice when pair with applesauce
