Ingredients
- 2 1/4 pounds pork loin roast
- 1 small lime
- 1 can black beans, canned
- 1 can corn
- 1 jar salsa (your favorite)
- 1 pinch pepper
- - flour tortillas
- - sour cream
- - cheese,shredded mexican or cheddar
- - shredded lettuce
How To Make salsa pork tortillas

Step 1Place pork into a baking dish Season with pepper(salt if you like I don't like extra salt) Squeeze lime over pork Pour black beans, corn and salsa over Pork Cover with tin foil at 350 for around 2 hrs

Step 2When done slice in small slices or pull apart (preference is yours) Build your tortillas with your favorite ingredients Eat and Enjoy Goes nice when pair with applesauce
