  • 2 1/4 lb
    pork loin roast
  • 1 small
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans, canned
  • 1 can(s)
  • 1 jar(s)
    salsa (your favorite)
  • 1 pinch
  • ·
    flour tortillas
  • ·
    sour cream
  • ·
    cheese,shredded mexican or cheddar
  • ·
    shredded lettuce

How to Make Salsa Pork Tortillas


  1. Place pork into a baking dish
    Season with pepper(salt if you like I don't like extra salt)
    Squeeze lime over pork
    Pour black beans, corn and salsa over Pork
    Cover with tin foil at 350 for around 2 hrs
  2. When done slice in small slices or pull apart (preference is yours)
    Build your tortillas with your favorite ingredients
    Eat and Enjoy
    Goes nice when pair with applesauce
