Salsa Pork Chops
How to Make Salsa Pork Chops
- Heat oil in a medium skillet. Brown chops on both sides.
- Cover the chops with the salsa. My husband likes a lot of salsa but you can use less if you like.
- Lower heat and cook (covered) until chops reach about 160 degrees.
- Top each chop with about a tablespoon of the cream cheese w/chives.
- Continue to cook until topping is softened, about another 5 minutes.
