- 1 package boneless porkchops
- 3/4 cup burgundy wine
- 4 tablespoons butter
- - roasted garlic & bell pepper seasoning
- - onion powder
- - salt and pepper
How To Make russell famous porkchops

Step 1In a medium frying pan, add butter & burgundy wine. Stir a bit until butter is melted.

Step 2Start placing a couple porkchops at a time into the pan. While cooking, sprinkle all seasonings on porkchops (to your liking) on both sides.

Step 3Each side should cook for at least 5-8 minutes.
