  • 1 pkg
    boneless porkchops
  • 3/4 c
    burgundy wine
  • 4 Tbsp
  • ·
    roasted garlic & bell pepper seasoning
  • ·
    onion powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Russell Famous Porkchops


  1. In a medium frying pan, add butter & burgundy wine. Stir a bit until butter is melted.
  2. Start placing a couple porkchops at a time into the pan. While cooking, sprinkle all seasonings on porkchops (to your liking) on both sides.
  3. Each side should cook for at least 5-8 minutes.
  4. Add your favorite sides & enjoy!
