Ingredients
- 6 - pork cutlets
- 6 - swiss cheese, slices
- 12 - cantimpalo sausage slices (can get at the deli)
- 2 - garlic cloves, smashed
- - salt/pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil...any
- 1/4 cup flour
How To Make rolled stuffed pork cutlets

Step 1salt and pepper each side of the pork cutlets...rub one side with the crushed garlic.

Step 2place a slice of cheese and 2 of the cantimpalo on each and roll...secure with a toothpick

Step 3In a skillet heat oil to medium high...coat each one in the flour and brown on all sides...then place a lid a finish cooking on low till cooked through....should be about 10-15 mins...as the cutlets are very thin, don't over cook...

Step 4I served with rice pilaf and Fufu ( look for my recipe) *note...this can also be made with thin cuts of steak or chicken.
