Ingredients

  • 6 - pork cutlets
  • 6 - swiss cheese, slices
  • 12 - cantimpalo sausage slices (can get at the deli)
  • 2 - garlic cloves, smashed
  • - salt/pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil...any
  • 1/4 cup flour

How To Make rolled stuffed pork cutlets

  • Step 1
    salt and pepper each side of the pork cutlets...rub one side with the crushed garlic.
  • Step 2
    place a slice of cheese and 2 of the cantimpalo on each and roll...secure with a toothpick
  • Step 3
    In a skillet heat oil to medium high...coat each one in the flour and brown on all sides...then place a lid a finish cooking on low till cooked through....should be about 10-15 mins...as the cutlets are very thin, don't over cook...
  • Step 4
    I served with rice pilaf and Fufu ( look for my recipe) *note...this can also be made with thin cuts of steak or chicken.
