    swiss cheese, slices

    cantimpalo sausage slices (can get at the deli)

    garlic cloves, smashed

How to Make Rolled Stuffed Pork Cutlets


  1. salt and pepper each side of the pork cutlets...rub one side with the crushed garlic.
  2. place a slice of cheese and 2 of the cantimpalo on each and with a toothpick
  3. In a skillet heat oil to medium high...coat each one in the flour and brown on all sides...then place a lid a finish cooking on low till cooked through....should be about 10-15 the cutlets are very thin, don't over cook...
  4. I served with rice pilaf and Fufu ( look for my recipe)
    *note...this can also be made with thin cuts of steak or chicken.
