Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 4 ounces yellow onions chopped small diced
- 2 ounces green bell peppers small diced
- 2 ounces red bell peppers small diced
- 2 ounces yellow bell peppers small diced
- 2 ounces celery stalk chopped small diced
- - small can evaporated milk
- 1 large egg
- - salt, pepper, garlic and thyme to taste
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 steak sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 ounce oil
How To Make robin's meatloaf

Step 1Add all of the chopped vegetables to a saute pan with oil to caramelize until almost black but not burned and set aside to cool.

Step 2Combine the caramelized vegetable mixture, evaporated milk, seasonings and egg to meat gently. Do not over mix.

Step 3Place meatloaf into a baking dish and cook for 45 minutes until brown.

Step 4In a bowl combine tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, Heinz 57 sauce and honey for topping.

Step 5Top the meatloaf with the sauce mixture during the last 10-15 minutes of cooking. Do not over bake.
