Ingredients
- 1 suckling pig quarter
- salt and pepper
- 10 cloves garlic whole
- 6 inches of ginger cut into strips
How To Make roasted suckling pig quarter

Step 1Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Season the pig all over with salt and pepper. Lay the garlic and ginger on the foil and set the pig on top of it. Cover the pig with the foil.

Step 2Roast for 2 1/2 hours until internal temperature reads about 160 F.

Step 3Remove the foil and turn the heat up to 500 degrees. Roast another 30 minutes until the skin is nice and crispy.
