Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinagairette
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast

How To Make roasted pork loin

  • Step 1
    Heat 1/4 cup of the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Brown tenderloin on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Put browned tenderloin into glass baking dish. Coat with steak seasoning, 1/4 cut olive oil and balsamic vinegairette.
  • Step 3
    Put into preheated 325 degree oven, basting occasionally. Cook for 2 hours.
  • Step 4
    Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
