Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinagairette
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast
How To Make roasted pork loin

Step 1Heat 1/4 cup of the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Brown tenderloin on all sides, about 10 minutes.

Step 2Put browned tenderloin into glass baking dish. Coat with steak seasoning, 1/4 cut olive oil and balsamic vinegairette.

Step 3Put into preheated 325 degree oven, basting occasionally. Cook for 2 hours.

Step 4Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
