boneless pork loin roast
1Heat 1/4 cup of the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Brown tenderloin on all sides, about 10 minutes.
2Put browned tenderloin into glass baking dish. Coat with steak seasoning, 1/4 cut olive oil and balsamic vinegairette.
3Put into preheated 325 degree oven, basting occasionally.
Cook for 2 hours.
4Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
