Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 - boneless rolled pork loin roast (3 1/2-4 lbs)

How To Make roast pork

  • Step 1
    Combine the salt, sage, and pepper; rub over entire roast. Place roast, fat side up on a wire rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  • Step 2
    Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 70-80 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160*
