- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - boneless rolled pork loin roast (3 1/2-4 lbs)
How To Make roast pork

Step 1Combine the salt, sage, and pepper; rub over entire roast. Place roast, fat side up on a wire rack in a shallow roasting pan.

Step 2Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 70-80 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160*
