My Dad Use To Make This Potato Dish, But He Just Said It Was His Casserole For Lunch. Found This Recipe In Our Paper, Same Thing Daddy Made For Years And Years,Same Ingredients. You All Will Like It To. Doris

Ingredients

2 large package polish sausage
1 medium grean bell pepper
3 medium yellow crooked neck squash
8 medium potatoes
1 stick butter
- salt and pepper to taste

How To Make rig taters

Step 1

first preheat oven to 350*

Step 2

wash potatoes, then slice potatoes and dice other vegetables.
Step 3

place in a large casserole dish.or large baking dish.
Step 4

slice polish sausage and add, to the potato mixture,top with butter salt and pepper.
Step 5

cover and bake for 1 1/2-2 hours.
Step 6

cook for hour and 1/2 to 2 hours,are till it suit's you.
