- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon mushroom ketchup
- 1 teaspoon shaoxing wine
- FOR THE DISH
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 red chili, seeded and sliced
- 1 tablespoon chili bean paste
- 1 pound rice noodles
- GARNISHES
- 4 scallions, chopped in 1/2-inch pieces
- fresh cilantro, chopped
How To Make rice noodles with a spicy pork sauce

Step 1Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

Step 2In a wok, add the sesame oil, pork, ginger, garlic, chili's, and chili bean paste. Add the noodles to boiling water in another pan.

Step 3Cook the meat mixture until the pork in no longer pink. Make a well in the middle, pour in the sauce mixture, and incorporate it into the meat mixture.

Step 4Once the noodles are done, drain. Serve the meat over the noodles and garnish with scallions and cilantro.
