How to Make Rice and Sausage Casserole
- Combine cooked rice and cooked sausage. Add diced chestnuts.
- Add enough sour cream to make moist. Takes most and sometimes all of it. Mix in most of cheese. Leave some to place on top.
- Pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
