5-6 lbpork spareribs
3/4 csoy sauce
3/4 cplum jam or apricot preserves
2-3 clovegarlic, minced
How to Make RIBS WITH PLUM SAUCE
- Cut ribs into serving size pieces; place with bone side downon a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until ribs are tender. Drain, combine remaining ingredients, brush some of the sauce on ribs. Bake at 350 degrees or grill over medium heat, uncovered for 30 minutes, brushing with sauce. Makes 6 servings.
