Found this recipe when i was going through my. recipe catalog. This is great to start in the morning and easy enough when you come home from work. I like to serve this with steamed or stir fryed (lemon & ginger) veggies and fluffy rice!

Ingredients
- 4 pounds lean pork spareribs
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
How To Make ribs oriental style

Step 1Cut spareribs into serving pieces and place in a single layer in a shallow glass dish. In a small bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

Step 2Transfer ribs with any marinade to a shallow foil-lined baking dish and roast, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven for 10 mins. Reduce heat to 350 and continue roasting a further 1 hour and 15 mins or until tender, turning and basting occasionally.
