4 lblean pork spareribs
1/2 choisin sauce
2 Tbsprice vinegar
1 Tbspbrown sugar
1 Tbspoyster sauce
1/2 tspfive-spice powder
1 clovegarlic, minced
How to Make Ribs Oriental Style
- Cut spareribs into serving pieces and place in a single layer in a shallow glass dish.
In a small bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients.
Pour over ribs, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Transfer ribs with any marinade to a shallow foil-lined baking dish and roast, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven for 10 mins.
Reduce heat to 350 and continue roasting a further 1 hour and 15 mins or until tender, turning and basting occasionally.
