Ingredients For rib rub

  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey

How To Make rib rub

  • 1
    Mix together makes enough for a rack of ribs If you want to put BQ sauce on your ribs do it in the last 5 minutes of your cooking time.
