Ingredients For reuben casserole

  • 3
    6 oz packages of corn beef ( or ham) chopped
  • 24 oz
    swiss cheese
  • 1 pt
    russian dressing
  • 1
    32 oz package of sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 1
    loaf of rye bread party size for appetizer or regular for a meal

How To Make reuben casserole

  • 1
    Put all but the bread in crock pot and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until cheese is melted. Spread on bread and serve.
