My friend Sherry shared this recipe with me. It can be used as an appetizer, lunch or light supper. Easy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 3 - 6 oz packages of corn beef ( or ham) chopped
  • 24 ounces swiss cheese
  • 1 pint russian dressing
  • 1 - 32 oz package of sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 1 - loaf of rye bread party size for appetizer or regular for a meal

How To Make reuben casserole

  • Step 1
    Put all but the bread in crock pot and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until cheese is melted. Spread on bread and serve.
