  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 jar 12-oz jar home-style pork gravy
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream

How To Make quick & easy pork chops with gravy

  • Step 1
    Using a large skillet, add olive oil. Season pork chops with onion salt and brown them in oil; approx. 3 minutes per side.
  • Step 2
    Mix gravy and sour cream thoroughly and spoon mixture over the chops.
  • Step 3
    Simmer, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes - do not boil.
