- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 jar 12-oz jar home-style pork gravy
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
How To Make quick & easy pork chops with gravy

Step 1Using a large skillet, add olive oil. Season pork chops with onion salt and brown them in oil; approx. 3 minutes per side.

Step 2Mix gravy and sour cream thoroughly and spoon mixture over the chops.

Step 3Simmer, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes - do not boil.

Step 4Serve chops along with mashed potatoes or rice and spoon extra gravy on top.
