Ingredients

  • 6 c
    ctr cut chops about 1/2 thick
  • 1 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    grated combo romano/parm cheese
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    dry parsley

How to Make Quick Easy Breaded oven baked Chops

Step-by-Step

  1. Tossed all dry ingred.together..Brush chops with olive oil or you can spray with canned canola or OO .Coat each chop on both sides with bread crumb mixture & lay on a baking sheet that is covered with Foil & sprayed with non stick oil spray.Can adjust bread crumb & dry ingrd.amount to amount of chops being made. This is for 6 chops.
  2. Bake 400 degrees for 20- 25 mins on 1 side then turn over for 10 more mins .Adjust time according to your ovens heat. Very crispy,moist chops golden brown. Can serve with applesauce on side if desired or a garden salad..
