- 4 to 6 - pork chops
- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make quick and easy pork chop casserole

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare oven proof casserole dish with non stick spray.

Step 2Line the bottom of casserole with raw rice. Cover rice with undiluted soup. Pour in the milk. In a skillet, brown pork chops well. Place chops in casserole.

Step 3Cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, at 350 degrees.
