    2-7 lb. pork roast (medium lean)

    water
  • 3/4 c
    vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper

    bay leaves
  • .50 bottle
    hickory smoke

    PUT ROAST ON ROASTER AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT VINEGAR
