Ingredients

  • 4 pounds 2-7 lb. pork roast (medium lean)
  • 2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 - bay leaves
  • .50 bottle hickory smoke

How To Make pulled pork

  • Step 1
    PUT ROAST ON ROASTER AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT VINEGAR
  • Step 2
    Put lid on and bake at least 5 hours @ 300 degrees or until it starts to fall apart. Shred meat with two forks and sprinkle with a little vinegar. When ready to eat, put in soft buns,
