  • 4 lb
    2-7 lb. pork roast (medium lean)
  • 2 c
    water
  • 3/4 c
    vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • .50 bottle
    hickory smoke

How to Make Pulled Pork

Step-by-Step

  1. PUT ROAST ON ROASTER AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT VINEGAR
  2. Put lid on and bake at least 5 hours @ 300 degrees or until it starts to fall apart. Shred meat with two forks and sprinkle with a little vinegar.

    When ready to eat, put in soft buns,
