my whole family loves this one! even my brother-in-laws come over when i make this! this pulled pork will have your whole house smelling good!

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork shoulder roast
  • 2 packages meat loaf seasoning
  • 2 - onions, yellow, medium (diced or minced)
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 bottle your favorite bbq sauce (optional)

How To Make pulled pork

  • Step 1
    put your apple cider vinegar, apple juice, meatloaf seasoning, and your onions in the slow cooker and mix. then add your meat. turn the slow cooker on high and cover! let cook for about 6 hrs or until meat is falling apart!
  • Step 2
    once the meat is done drain it and pull it apart. (juices may be saved for a gravy or sauce for a side dish)
  • Step 3
    i don't always add the bbq sauce because the meat has enough flavor to stand on its own! if you would like to add bbq sauce put the meat back in the slow cooker add the sauce and cook for about 30 more min. then serve!
