Another perfect meal for under $10 that can feed a whole family. Add a few potato chips and you have an easy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium boneless pork roast
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, ground
  • 1 1/2 cups water

How To Make pulled pork

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a crockpot set to high
  • Step 2
    Cook roast for 6-8 hours depending on the size of roast
  • Step 3
    When roast is fully cooked take out and place on large plate.
  • Step 4
    Shred the roast with a knife and fork. It should just fall apart.
  • Step 5
    Drain juices from crockpot and return shredded pork.
  • Step 6
    Pour in one bottle of barbeque sauce and mix together.
  • Step 7
    Cook for another 30 minutes and enjoy!
