1Combine Dry Ingredients, Spread over entire roast.
Refrigerate in a Ziploc bag for up to 24 hours.
*Place apple juice juice & vinegar in a crock-pot; add spiced shoulder, being careful not to lose the Rub.
Cook on high 2 hours - reduce to Low for 10 more hours.
Remove; let Rest for 30 minutes - Pull apart with 2 forks.
(Depending on the size of the roast, you should use your own judgment as to when it is done; you will be able to tell).
The last time I made this, I added apples and potatoes, very nice addition.
