pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
2 medium
green bell peppers, cut into strips
1 medium
onion, 8 wedges
28 oz
prego spaghetti sauce with meat
6 c
egg noodles, cooked and hot

How to Make Prego Pork and Peppers


  • 1In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon oil, cook half of the chops 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
  • 2Remove; set aside.
  • 3Repeat with remaining chops.
  • 4Reduce heat to medium.
  • 5In same skillet, add in remaining 1 tablespoon hot oil; cook peppers and onion until tender-crisp, stirring often.
  • 6Stir in spaghetti sauce.
  • 7Over medium-high heat, heat to boiling.
  • 8Return chops to skillet.
  • 9Reduce heat to low.
  • 10Cover; cook 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  • 11Serve over noodles.
