- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 - pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
- 2 medium green bell peppers, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, 8 wedges
- 28 ounces prego spaghetti sauce with meat
- 6 cups egg noodles, cooked and hot
How To Make prego pork and peppers

Step 1In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon oil, cook half of the chops 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.

Step 2Remove; set aside.

Step 3Repeat with remaining chops.

Step 4Reduce heat to medium.

Step 5In same skillet, add in remaining 1 tablespoon hot oil; cook peppers and onion until tender-crisp, stirring often.

Step 6Stir in spaghetti sauce.

Step 7Over medium-high heat, heat to boiling.

Step 8Return chops to skillet.

Step 9Reduce heat to low.

Step 10Cover; cook 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink, stirring occasionally.

Step 11Serve over noodles.
