- 4 medium boneless pork chops
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/2 cup milk or half and half
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 small eggs beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
How To Make potato pork chops

Step 1rinse chops and pat dry. dip chops in eggs then coat in seasoned bread crumbs, press hard to make sure chops are thouroughly coated

Step 2fry chops in heated oil five minutes each side till brown. place chops in baking dish

Step 3combine milk and potato soup with salt and pepper and pour over chops. sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
