Potato 'N Ham Bake

biscuit mix
2/3 c
6 oz
hash brown potatoes
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 c
ham, smoked and diced
1 c
peas and carrots, frozen
1.5 c
cheddar cheese, shredded


1Heat oven to 400; grease 13x9x2 pan.
2Mix baking mix and water in pan until moistened; spread evenly in pan.
3Sprinkle potatoes over dough; spread soup over potatoes.
4Sprinkle remaining ingredients over soup and bake 23 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted.
