Ingredients
- 3 pounds bonless pork loin cubed
- 3 cans pink or roman beans
- 4 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 - bay leaves, dried
- - salt and pepper
- 2 pinches cumnin
- 1 1/4 - cup red wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin (only)
How To Make portuguese pork an beans dish

Step 1cut pork loin into cubes equaling 3lbs worth

Step 2sautee in olive oil

Step 3add garlic,wine, cumin, on low heat (be careful not to burn garlic)...

Step 4add beans, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 1hr...... soooo yummy! serve with homemade french fried potatoes! (only use fresh potatoes)
