1Cook all ingredients, in a little canola oil, until pork is well browned. Drain and let cool.
2Place about 1 tsp. of pork mixture in center of won ton wrapper. Moisten edges of wrapper with water and fold. (Fold closest corner to farthest corner, then fold in the last two corners in, moistening all corners as you go).
3Fry in deep, hot oil until golden brown.
4DIPPING SAUCE: Mix equal amounts of Soy Sauce with Red Wine & Garlic Vinegar. Add Chili Powder to taste. Give each person a small bowl of dipping sauce for their won tons and ENJOY!
