    pork chops, 8-oz. each
  • 2 Tbsp
    canila oil
  • 32 oz
    jar sauerkraut, undrained
  • 3/4 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 md
    green pepper, sliced
  • 1 md
    onion, sliced

How To Make pork with sauerkraut--crock pot

    In a large skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. In a crock pot combine sauerkraut and brown sugar. Top with pork chops, green pepper and onion, cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until meat is tender. Serve with slotted spoon. Makes 4 servings.
