Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 teaspoon shaoxing wine
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- PORK
- 1 pound ground pork
- 8 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped
- SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon each chili bean sauce, oyster sauce and sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
How To Make pork with mushrooms in chili bean sauce

Step 1Mix the marinade together and add the ground pork mix well and let marinate 30 minutes

Step 2Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

Step 3Place a large skillet over high heat. Add some oil and saute the mushroom with the ginger. Add the pork and garlic and cook until pork in no longer pink. Add the chicken stock. Cook 2 minutes. Add the green onion cook 1 minute. Add the sauce and cook 3 minutes.

Step 4Serve alone or over rice.
