- 1 - pork tenderloin
- 1 - env. shake'n bake original pork season coating mix
- 2 cups red potatoes
- 1 package baby carrots
- 1/2 cup zesty italian dressing
How To Make pork tenerloin with vegetables

Step 1Moisten meat with water.Coat meat with shake'n Bake,discard any remaining coating mix.

Step 2Cut unpeeled red potatoes into 1/2 inch chunks. Toss potatoes and carrots in dressing.

Step 3Spread evenly into baking pan top with meat. Bake 25 to 30 minutes Stiring vegetables after 15 minutes. Meat should reach a temp of 160 to be done.
