    env. shake'n bake original pork season coating mix
  • 2 c
    red potatoes
  • 1 pkg
    baby carrots
  • 1/2 c
    zesty italian dressing

How to Make Pork Tenerloin with vegetables


  1. Moisten meat with water.Coat meat with shake'n Bake,discard any remaining coating mix.
  2. Cut unpeeled red potatoes into 1/2 inch chunks. Toss potatoes and carrots in dressing.
  3. Spread evenly into baking pan top with meat. Bake 25 to 30 minutes Stiring vegetables after 15 minutes. Meat should reach a temp of 160 to be done.
