Yummy pork tenderloin served with mustard sauce. The bacon keeps the tenderloin from drying out! The tenderloins marinate for 8 hours. This is not included in the prep time.

Ingredients

  • PORK TENDERLOIN:
  • 2 - 3/4 pound pork tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 slices bacon
  • MUSTARD SAUCE:
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make pork tenderloin with mustard sauce

  • Step 1
    Place the tenderloins in a shallow dish.
  • Step 2
    Combine the soy sauce and the next 5 ingredients; stir well. Pour the marinade mixture over the tenderloins. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Step 3
    Remove the tenderloins from the marinade, reserving marinade. Place ona rack in a shallow roasting pan. Place one slice of bacon on top of each tenderloin.
  • Step 4
    Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the tenderloins registers 160°, basting frequently with the marinade. Serve with the mustard sauce.
  • Step 5
    For the mustard sauce: Combine all the mustard sauce ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Cover and chill.
