Yummy pork tenderloin served with mustard sauce. The bacon keeps the tenderloin from drying out! The tenderloins marinate for 8 hours. This is not included in the prep time.

    3/4 pound pork tenderloins
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 2 slice

  • 1/3 c
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce


  1. Place the tenderloins in a shallow dish.
  2. Combine the soy sauce and the next 5 ingredients; stir well. Pour the marinade mixture over the tenderloins. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.
  3. Remove the tenderloins from the marinade, reserving marinade. Place ona rack in a shallow roasting pan. Place one slice of bacon on top of each tenderloin.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the tenderloins registers 160°, basting frequently with the marinade. Serve with the mustard sauce.
  5. For the mustard sauce: Combine all the mustard sauce ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Cover and chill.
