Ingredients
- PORK TENDERLOIN:
- 2 - 3/4 pound pork tenderloins
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 slices bacon
- MUSTARD SAUCE:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make pork tenderloin with mustard sauce

Step 1Place the tenderloins in a shallow dish.

Step 2Combine the soy sauce and the next 5 ingredients; stir well. Pour the marinade mixture over the tenderloins. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.

Step 3Remove the tenderloins from the marinade, reserving marinade. Place ona rack in a shallow roasting pan. Place one slice of bacon on top of each tenderloin.

Step 4Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the tenderloins registers 160°, basting frequently with the marinade. Serve with the mustard sauce.

Step 5For the mustard sauce: Combine all the mustard sauce ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Cover and chill.
