My husband is from NC, and he loves pork marinated in any type of vinegar base. This recipe is yummy!

  • 2 cups brown distilled vinegar
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 pork tenderloin cuts (boneless)
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls

How To Make pork tenderloin sliders

  • Step 1
    Brown distilled vinegar can be hard to find, but it’s worth the search.
  • Step 2
    Prepare your marinade in a saucepan over low heat — vinegar, butter, and spices.
  • Step 3
    Cut each tenderloin into two pieces, and place in the marinade.
  • Step 4
    Marinate pork in the refrigerator for several hours.
  • Step 5
    Grill tenderloin on low heat, sopping each piece of meat with leftover marinade several times during grilling.
