Ingredients
- 2 cups brown distilled vinegar
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 pork tenderloin cuts (boneless)
- 12 Hawaiian rolls

Step 1Brown distilled vinegar can be hard to find, but it’s worth the search.

Step 2Prepare your marinade in a saucepan over low heat — vinegar, butter, and spices.

Step 3Cut each tenderloin into two pieces, and place in the marinade.

Step 4Marinate pork in the refrigerator for several hours.

Step 5Grill tenderloin on low heat, sopping each piece of meat with leftover marinade several times during grilling.
