vegetable oil
cloves garlic, cut in half
1/4 c
carrot, chopped
1/4 c
celery, chopped
1/4 c
lime juice
1/4 c
1 Tbsp
red chiles, ground
1 tsp
1 tsp
dried oregano leaves
1 tsp
dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp
4 c
tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c
onion, chopped
bay leaf
1/4 c
snipped fresh parsley

How to Make Pork Tenderloin In Tequila


  • 1Spread mustard over the pork tenderloin.
  • 2Heat oil and garlic in a 10-inch skillet until hot.
  • 3Cook pork in oil over medium heat until brown.
  • 4Remove garlic.
  • 5Stir in remaining ingredients except the parsley.
  • 6Heat to boiling then reduce the heat.
  • 7Cover and simmer until pork is done, about 30 minutes.
  • 8Remove the bay leaf and sprinkle with the parsley.
  • 9Serve.
