"just a pinch" of salt
"just a pinch" of pepper

bread crumbs
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
sage
2 tsp
butter
2 Tbsp
onions, minced
1 lb
pork tenderloin
2 Tbsp
butter

How to Make Pork Tenderloin Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put thinly sliced potatoes in a well greased 2 quart casserole.
  • 2Add 1 cup milk, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 3Combine remaining 1/4 cup milk with bread crumbs, seasonings, butter and onions.
  • 4Spread over top of potatoes.
  • 5Cut tenderloin into half inch slices, pound flat. Place on top of bread dressing.
  • 6Dot with butter.
  • 7Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
