Ingredients
- 3 - potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1.25 cups milk
- - "just a pinch" of salt
- - "just a pinch" of pepper
- 1.5 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make pork tenderloin casserole

Step 1Put thinly sliced potatoes in a well greased 2 quart casserole.

Step 2Add 1 cup milk, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3Combine remaining 1/4 cup milk with bread crumbs, seasonings, butter and onions.

Step 4Spread over top of potatoes.

Step 5Cut tenderloin into half inch slices, pound flat. Place on top of bread dressing.

Step 6Dot with butter.

Step 7Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
